EASY CHICKEN PARMESON

This is so easy and it's actually really good! I made it Saturday night and it was gobbled up very quickly!

1 1/2 c biscuit mix (bisquick or dry pancake mix)
2/3 c grated parmeson cheese ( I used a little more cheese and used the shredded parmeson. I prefer that.)
6-8 boneless skinlees chicken breast. ( I pounded the chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper and cut the breasts in half. So, i actually only used 3 breasts.)
1/2 c (1 stick) of butter, melted.

  • In shallow bowl, combine biscuit mix and parmeson cheese.
  • Dip chicken in melted butter(I added a little italian dressing to the butter mix) and then in bicuit-cheese mixture.
  • Place uncovered in large, buttered baking dish and bake uncovered @ 325 degrees for 1 hour or until light brown.
  • Garnish with marnara sauce and italian cheeses. Eat with your favorite pasta.
  • ENJOY!
