I made this ham last night and it was so easy and so delicious! Try it out!
1 6-8 lb fully cooked, bone-in ham.
Whole cloves (It's up to you how many you want to poke in)
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 can of sliced pineapple with juice
5 maraschino cherries
- Place ham in roasting pan, score surface with shallow diagnal cuts making diamond shapes and insert cloves into diamonds.
- Cover and bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (I pour about a half of can of cola on it. It tenderizes is)
- Combine brown sugar and juice from pineapple and pour over ham. (pour before putting in oven for 1 1/2 hours)
- Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham. Bake uncovered for another 40 minutes.
